cleaning off paint on jell coat

hi i have a nice power boat with black jell coat on top deck.
white in middle(sides)
black gell on bottom with some bottom paint on it.,
any good idea's on how to clean the bottom to remove the paint as i dont keep the boat in the water. bottom looks nice nice painted

if it's bottom paint, may be best to sand lightly and repaint black.

think it could be wet sanded down to jell coat then buffed. the boats a nice css carlson 19' black top jell coated white sides and black bottom jelled.

you might try 400 grit wet sand and then Aqua Buff 1000 and finish with 3M Imperial finishing compound. It will come out like glass.
