suzuki dt40 certification of conformity?!?!

I try to register my motor on naval authority here in Romania, and they told me i need a certificate of conformity for my motor witch i don't have. Anyone know's if is possible to get something like this and what are the steps to follow?

In my country, only the motors under 20hp does not require to be registered. All boat with motor above 20hp needs to be registered ...like cars but at different authority.

That sucks big time ..... I am not sure where in Romania you will find someone who can check and seal your motor for you to give you a certificate of conformity ........ when I race in the standard class for inflatable boat racing I need a certificate of conformity, and we have a mechanic here that seals and give us that .... so maybe you need to ask a local dealer or mechanic etc ......

Thank's for answer. Is no suzuki marine dealer in Ro. I will try to find some marine mechanics ....
