Ehaust Bellows

I tried to answer I/O Waldo but this forum wouldnot let me even though I am registered. I have a 1998 Regal LSR with the Volvo 3.0 SX Cobra outdrive. I was wondering where the exhaust exited. I looked today and one of the two bellows that I could see (the lower one) had some small holes in it. I assume that is the exhaust, not sure. If it is, are those holes normal or do I need to address this. If I do, is it hard to change it?? Any info would be great. Thanks

The lower is the exhaust bellow and the slits or holes are normal..

well i just did all of my bellows but that was on a bravo 2 i bought the book and went from there overall not to bad to do
