Year of my two 4 horses

Hello,

I am a new member and this is my first thread. i was wondering if anyone would be able to tell me what year my outboards are? The first one is a 4hp evinrude with the serial # 4206S C 70069

And the second is a johnson seahorse 4hp with the model # J4BRCRM.
If anyone can help me it would be greatly appreciated.
