What is this? Sea Ray 1972 no motor

There is no motor on the boat i just bought. Its a 1972 sea ray 18'. There is the steering cable that is in good shape but there is no other motor controlls. This looks to me like a ignition part of the motor. Its got the terminals on it and all. I added pics so people can better identify it. If im not sure what it is after the next day or so im going to cut it out. Sorry it was getting dark when i took the pics. God bless.

It's an old style trim and tilt control box.

Clean it up..... unwire it and stick it on ebay as is. It is worth some $$ and yes it is the old relay box from a tilt and trim (I had one on a 78 evinrude just like that).
