what is in a carb rebuild kit that make such a difference ?????? Does my motor have a fuel pump ????? How does it work ??????

A carb kit mostly contains gaskets, needle, needle seat and float. Clean the orfice out good. Fuel pump is operated by vacuum off the crankcase, and is used to suck and push gas into the bowl on the carb.
