I have some gunk and water in my fuel tanks. Will this help? Where can I get it, at West Marine or someplace similar?

No additive will help with the gunk and water in the tanks. They have to be drained and cleaned. Once you've got fresh gas in a clean tank, seafoam will help keep it fresh and prevent carbon buildup in your engine.

I've found it at Autozone, O'Reilly's and Auto Quest.

Seafoam is the miracle solvent that will work for just about anything that runs on gasoline. cleans and protects.

SeaFoam is part Naptha...part Isopropyl Alcohol...and part pale oil.

No miracles!

What ratio of seafoam to gas do you guys put in when you just want to maintain your motor and stabilize the fuel?

I run about an ounce per gallon of premix - think that's a little less than recommended on the can.

Can says 1 oz per gallon. BTW...this stuff is awesome...it looked like the engine was on fire, but seemed to help my problem somewhat.
