What's on the menu for your Memorial Day weekend? Today I bought a whole ribeye and had it sliced. Also have 2 pork butts barbecued and pulled. Various family members will show up and I'm ready.

If I am lucky, fried rice and chicken. However, the kitchen is all tore up and it might just end up being breakfast bars! Maybe tomorrow I will go to the city and eat out ...
