Dougrussell experience?

Hi all!

I am just wondering... How is everyone's experience with dougrussell? I had really good experience with them in the past, but not so good with my last 2 orders....

Has any1 noticed something similar? Are they having some trouble or is it just me?

he rebuild an omc drive for my buddy late last year for a v-8 i think 2500 2 week turn around ..low low hours to early to tell but so far so good

I had some trouble. Took close to a month to get my order. They were holding the whole order up for a hose clamps and never norified me. Infact two emails went unasweres. Took two phone calls to get the order shipped.
For me the return policy is always paramount.

Last year at this time 11 phone calls, charged for parts never ordered and never sent, charged 3 separate times for shipping, just shy of 2 months to get order completly shipped. That would be my last order with them.

They have this girl working there that probably shouldn't be. Or shouldn't be on her own at least. She keeps calling me about a backordered part and I have had to tell her the same thing several times. Every call she sounds a bit more experienced, though.
Everyone there sounds tired and crabby on the phone. Maybe the time of year....
