im trying to find a engine cowling for a 85 evinrude 15 horse outboard they say their now unavailable any suggestions where to try?

Try watching eBay. I see those all the time there. Or, contact tcoutboard.com. They'll have them.

If you have a local Johnson/Evinrude dealer, they may have one on a busted engine in the junk pile, too.
