86 5.7 mercrusier and a very slight bearing knock

Finally got around to getting the engine fired up.It had a really loud bearing knock at first.So i quickly shut it off.Chcked oil level again it was full and clean.Restarted the engine now the knock is barley noticable only on accel can u hear it.I'm going to pull the engine on Sunday.As long as the crank is good and it didn't spin a rod bearing is it okay just to replace the noisey bearing? The engine has 395 hours on it.Or should i just spend the money and rebuild the entire engine?

Ayuh,........

The Odds are Against a Successful Repair with Just replacing the Bearing,.......

The Crank probably Isn't as finely Polished as it Was,+ the Rod will need to be Checked,+ Resized........
