I think that they should lock Jefferson and Scooter in the same cell.They deserve each other.

What tickles me, is that the actual leaker " Armitage" was not penalized nor reprimanded in any way.
The real crime, if at all it was really a crime, was the leaking of the agent's name, yes Scooter did lie to the grand jury and for that he should be held accountable, i certainly believe that he was scape goated and his sentence was excessive, because prior to Scooter's testimony the prosecutors had the information and knew that it was Armitage who leaked the agent's name.
Their zeal to get to the vice president most obviously impeded their judgement.
It is a mockery of the judicial system, damn it! It stinks.
