We're selling the house and moving a little farther south. We decided it's time to slow down (even more) and get out of the Washington DC area. Too much traffic, too much noise. Too many people. Too much politics- it's like dockside everyday! Funny they're both referred to as "DC." I also think it's a great time to let go of some albatross property in the portfolio and reinvest in other ways.

Anybody ever lived in Wilmington? We went down there for four days on an exploratory mission. We loved it.

How about boating on the ICW or the Cape Fear?

Dunno about the Cape Fear. It didn't look safe in the movie.

Congrats on the move - sounds like it will be a good one for you and the family. My uncle used to live there, but that was decades ago - I hardly remember it at all.

Re: Wilmington, NC

It has a great boating infrastructure/community.

Too bad I don't know anybody that lives there to get a little more inside information.
