I need help 2005 mercruiser 3.0 electrical???

Yesterday I went to turn on my radio but nothing happened like a dead battery. I turned the key and nothing. Horn nothing. I put in a brand new battery, thinking I left something on and killed it. Same with new battery. Checked all fuses all good. Then I pressed the trim and it worked. So it wasn't the battery but I got no power to anything on the boat except the power trim and tilt. There is a circuit breaker button but it does not press in or out and there is no power to it. I used a testing light. The only thing that lights up the testing light is one of the terminals on the starter celunoid.
I know next to nothing about electrical. Can anyone help?

Two places to check to start with.
1. There is a 50 resetable breaker on the starboard side of the engine. You have to make sure it's working. You need either a test light or a meter to check it and make sure you have power out of both the input and the output side of the breaker.
2. There is a square fuse that looks like the picture below. You MUST check it with a meter or test light to be sure it works.

My boat has the exact same symptoms. However, it is a 2001 6.2 MX mercruiser. Would I have a similar breaker to check. I did push the 20 amp breaker on starboard by belt with no success. I also tried the breaker on the mercathode system with no help either...

It's mounted on the Starter,.......

Between the Big Wire from the Battery,+ the Big Lug on the Solenoid...........
