Exhaust Manifold Set

Hi.

I have a Mercruiser V8 5.0 1999.

I?m about to order a new EXHAUST MANIFOLD SET
from masonmarine.net. But im not sure wich one.

Is this the one i want ?

V-8 Small Block Complete Exhaust Manifold Set
For Post-1986 Mercruiser GM V8. 4" Elbow. No Spacer.
Model: 58232

How do o know if i have a small block or big block ?

The 305 IS a SmallBlockChevy........

I don't know about what you Listed,..... But it Sounds Right.......

I looked at that site and the prices seem to be a little high. Check www.ebasicpower.com there prices are about 100.00 bucks cheaper. You can even call them with your serial # to find what you need. Also if you need spacers you would know by looking at the motor, if the riser does not sit right on top of the manifold measure to see which spacer you need if any.

Is the manifolds from GLM good quality ?

Anyone that has any experience with the products from GLM?

Have a set of their aluminum manifolds setting next to me now. Just came today. Did some research and herd nothing but good things. I will see for myself soon enough. Got mine off of eBay.

I installed a set of GLM cast iron manifolds on My 4.3LX last summer,......

No Problems,+ I liked the look of them when I put them on.......
There's no way of knowing wall thicknesses or nothing, But what I Could see looked like a reasonable Quality product........

I picked up My set at ebay as Well,.......
Got'em a Year before I installed them, from an iboats Buddy at That........
