prop shaft seal alpha 1 gen 1

I need to replace the prop shaft seal on my alpha 1 gen 1, as fishing line ate through it. It was leaking fluid and when I took off the prop it was melted into fishing line and completely detached. What do i need to do to replace that seal??? It's an o ring that goes around the prop shaft about the size of a quarter.
