Replace glass in flat windshield? Rivets?

I am quite new to all this boat fixing. Just got a bow rider with a flat walk through windshield, and the center pane needs replacement. It looks like the center pane is designed to slide upward....with just a few rivets holding it in place. How do I drill out (or otherwise remove) the rivets to get the glass replaced?

take a small drill bit and drill the head of the rivet off, and tap the body thru. you can replace with lexan, available at home depot, and use short screws to reassemble the frame.
