Well I broke down and spent $6.99 for a can of Sea Foam, threw it in Yukon, runs great(can't tell difference yet), just wondering if it's really better than the cheaper B12 Chemtool? :)

Where did you dump it? Gas/Oil? What you really should have done was sucks the whole can into the the brake vaccum line, let it sit for an hour or so, then run it. If there is any carbon build up in the upper end you will get lots of white smoke for about 15 minutes.

The Chevron (with techron) fuel cleaner works great in my cars......

GM makes a "top end" cleaner that does a great job...... comes with a small hose to make a connection to the GM fuel injection systems.

When you get into cleaning the fuel system you should plan on a new fuel filter after you clean things. Any of the crud that the sea foam (of any other additive) will be traveling towards the engine and get stuck in the fuel filter.

Well after major tuneup and SeaFoam, getting 14-15 mpg city/highway. Wonder if I could squeeze 17 on a long trip at 70??? :)

I have a friend with a 99 'burb 350. Going from Houston to Wa State, we got 17+ mpg consistantly at speeds of 70 mph. At that point his 'burb had about 63k miles on it. I was quite amazed, best I ever got out of my 454 'burb was about 11 mpg.
