I have used the krylon paint for plastics and vinyl, on some old vinyl chairs and they look good but they have remained some what sticky. But the have lloked good and lasted good for the last 3 years.

I've used the Plasticote stuff on car seats a few times. It works pretty well, and seems to penetrate the vinyl and not wear off. I haven't used the Rustoleum product, but I've had great success with their other products. Since they mention boat seats specifically, I think I'd give it a try.

These things won't make your seats new, but might give you a couple more years of useful service.
