The new transom is great, rock solid and engine does not move a bit.
I also noticed that i have no vibration through the steering any more.
Only problems, The transducer kicks a rooster tail up.I need to adjust that up a bit.
Only getting 32 mph at 5200 rpm WOT. Had my buddy drive while i hung over the back and the cav plate is still under water about an inch.
So i guess i'll raise the engine another hole.I have 2 more holes to go.
I put it through the paces with hard turns and full throttle take offs and the transom never budged! The Seacast seems to be the stuff..
It was nice to be back on the water...
