Year and Gas-Oil Mix of Johnson Outboard

Hello all, I'm new to this, so here goes:

I'm hoping to figure out the year of a Johnson outboard I just bought, as well as the proper gasil mixture I should be using with it: Model CD-18 Serial # 319528

With the modern oils 50:1 would work OK

I dunno about the 50:1, officially OMC did not go 50:1 until 1964 and it was 24:1. I have a '61 5.5hp and I go ~33:1.

If you go 50:1, lemme know next year if it's still running ok and if so I will go 50:1 also!!!
