Re: rodbolt

I bounce in and out, I rarely check my IM. if it needs an answer I prefer to do it on the forums where its searchable.
I have moved 3 times in the past 4 months and was without a computer most of the time.
I finnally settled in a small house in Colington NC on the water so I can look at my 20ft shamrock floating at the dock :):)

Re: rodbolt

You had suggested changing the VST filter. I can not find it listed in the manual by that name. I put the ohm meter on the o2 sensor it should be 100 ohms but was at 6.8 ohms.

Re: rodbolt

its listed under Vapor seperator.
you really cant test the O2 sensor with an ohmeter. you can test the heating element but not sensor output.
use the DVM and the 3 tech bullitiens to properly test O2 sensor output voltage.
if you lose the heater circuit it just takes longer for the element to heat up and work correctly and will foul the sensor faster.
