Can I scuff these up a little with a green scrubby to freshen them up, or do they need to be replaced?

Or do they look OK? Thanks!

A small SS wire brush works nice ;)

The wire SS brush tom mentions works better, gets into the pits and knocks the surface loose easier.

I take an angle grinder with a cup brush to mine after sitting in air if they don't need replacing...just get them as shiny and clean as posibble, then stick'er back in the water (used to just get new, but have jumped in price way too much lately)

doesn't look too bad at all. A l'il' polishing sounds like a good idea :)
