Need info on Model # and where I can get a manual

I recently aquired a Johnson 35 sea horse from my grandfather. Its in excellent condition but not running and I need to find a manual for it. Im not sure what year, so If anyone can find out what year the model # RD-19 is, it would be greatly appreciated. Im new to marine engines, so if theres anything important I need to know, please share. Thank you.

RD-19 is a 1957, RD-19C is a 1958.

Search ebay for a manual, should have no trouble on there.

Welcome to iboats.

A few things you need to know:
Fuel mix is 24:1, 1 qt. TC-W3 outboard oil to 6 gallons unleaded regular.
Spark plugs are Champion J4C (replaced J4J) gapped at .030"
Magneto points are set at .020"

RDs are great engines and will make your grandchildren happy if you treat her right.
