You can find me just about every weekend (Best thing about living in Florida - No snow = Boating all year round.) out in the Alligator Chain (About 5 lakes all connected by canals).
A few of them fairly big in size.
I boat in Nashville, TN... J Percy Priest lake mainly but sometimes use Cordell Hull in Carthage, TN. Both small compared to the "great " lakes, but large enought for me...
If it's water and I can get a boat on it fairly conviniently... LET'S GO!!! I don't care if it a canoe on a trout stream; a rowboat on the local lake; or a spur of the moment rental out of Ocean City
