looks 80's, ask seller for model number. know what you are looking at. check transom for rot, but on that it's easy to replace. you want compression number on the motor, around or above 100 and equal, good sharp spark, good pee stream, although always advisable to change impeller anyway. no water in lower unit. that it for a test spin to make sure clutch dog is good.
