Omc 800 Wont Tilt Up Or Down

My Tilt On A Omc 800 The One With The Big Rubber Boot On Back Doesnt Work. The Solenoids Click But Nothing. Tried Jumping The Solenoids... Nothing. Does Anyone Know Where The Tilt Motor Is Located On This Engine? If Anybody Has Any Info On This It Would Be Greatly Appreciated. How Can I Find Out If Its Just A Bad Solenoid Versus A Bad Tilt Motor

The tilt motor is inside, at about a 4 o'clock position on the mid drive, and facing the transom. Near the oil filter.
There's a black wire from it to the block, plus blue & green wires, (up & down) to a white nylon plug, which then goes to the solenoids.
You can test the motor by unplugging and applying 12 v from the battery directly to either blue or green, NOT BOTH AT ONCE.
If it works there, the solenoids aren't working properly.

on all omc stringer types the tilt motor is in the same place. but there are two types of motors, 2 wire and 3 wire. that moter can be real hard to get out, I had to remove the boot and reach in between the intermediate drive and the transom
