boat make: Offshore" how are they?

I looked on nada.com and appears as offshore/dynasty are these boats good.
there's 1 i was looking on sell and is a year 1996 and it says the yamaha 115hp powerhead is missing. The boat in the picture looks to be good
asking 2500...
