Whats a close estimate to change waterpump on a 7.4 mercruiser??

On a motor mounted pump it would depend on how much stuff you have to move to get pump access

might be right there might be a real problem

7.4 most likely coupled to a Bravo Drive, no drive mounted pump there. As for the engine mounted pump if its accessible its an easy DIY if your so inclined, the impeller kit is less than $30.00 if I remember correctly.
