swapping 120 for a 165

I am thinking of swapping my 72 120 hp Mercruiser motor for a 165. I know I have to put in a new stringer for the front mount, but will the same transom assembly work. Ie the motor mounts or do I have to change it as well?

It'll bolt up,....
But,......
You'll have the Wrong Ratio in the drive......

I can get the drive also. It's off a donor boat.
