Ok I have the manual and already check every thing I think with the tools I have. I have no DVR so that?s not an option. What?s going on is this every time I start or start the motor it goes into the beep beep mode. This means oil alarm. Even when the motor don?t start it will beep beep.

Cap is good already checked that. i also moved the green wire from 4 to 5 and still beeping. This tells me its either the motion sensor or the oil warning module.

I really cant figure how to check the motion sensor. I know the pump work as i placed it on the drill and oil is dribbling out and more will dribble as I move the pump lever going to throttle control.

Even when I disconnect the 3 leads to the motion sensor still the beep beep.
The gear looks ok and is working as it should. the motor runs fine and only I can make the beep stop is to remove the brown/blu lead going to the terminal block that also has the brown/blu that tied to overheat on the head.

I their a way to check the motion sensor? How can I check the oil warning module? I know it's Sunday so I can't go buy one today. Thanks again and yes I spent hours looking thru treads last night and seems to be a common problem.

I would hate to go buy a new box when only the motion sensor is the culprit and not sure if disconnecting motion sensor will eliminate the problem.

Thanks again.

Check the oil tank on the motor. It has to be absolutely full. If it drops out of the neck, it'll start beep beeping.

Two ways to test the motion snesor. Look for resistance between it's 2 wires. I don't know the spec, but a failed one would have no continuity. The other way is to measure voltage it produces, I believe it's below 2v. That's while running. It's a tiny generator.

Use premix gas til you correct the problem if you have to run it. Add oil to what gas you have in the boat tank, or use a portable tank with premix in it.

Thanks for the reply the oil pump is working we did a crank test and also removed the pump and attached a drill motor to the back side, and the oil lid checks out ok. Now the motion sensor has 3 wires A white, blu/wht and black The black is ground and when ohming the Blu white reads to groung with motor not running. I disconected the ground wire and still get the alarm. All Im doing is crank not start the motor and the alarm will stay on as long as the key remains on. Thanks again

Might want to check your fuel line if you have a water seperator connected. I have been having alarm issues (still to be resolved) but one thing someone told me was to check the seperator. If water is in the gas, then somehow the alarms senses there is an incorrect mixture going to the motor (gas, water, oil) and the alarms go off. They also suggested checking the fuel filter under the hood. Good luck...this has been an ongoing nightmare for me and I am just about done with my options and taking it to the shop.

Another good option is your oil line itself and the possibility of an air leak or oil leaking from the hose. They dry rot and again from what I am told, the smallest hole can cause you all the grief you can handle.
