Can someone please explain to me what smart tabs /trim tabs are? They are gas shock controlled trim tabs. I am told that they are better than a stabilizer fin. Infinitely true. Where are they installed? On the transom, at the outer chine, 1/2 inch above the bottom of the boat. How expensive and how do they work?Approximately $150 and see above.
