I know that the article isn't about auto insurance, but what part of the free market capitalist system includes the state mandating that you purchase a certain product from a certain industry?

The insurance industry is a regulated one, and for many good reasons. What part of the state enforcing the law do you right-leaning fellows have a problem with??
