1988 9.9 jonhson not running

it ran fine till last month....rebuilt carb....ran good for 2 hrs.....started acting up again..took carb off...changed some hoses...new 3"hose from in line filter to carb....still not running right {starts but stalls} seems to run at hi rpm ok.......if you maintain pressure on the fuel system w/the bulb should't that show any air leaks

do a link and sinc on it, sounds like idle speed is low. linkage may have gotten out of wack when you did the carbs.
