The hydraulic won't lower this weekend, came to find out it was a bad o-ring and wiper on both piston, all the fliud has leaked out.

I have this schematic and found out I have to replace (65) WIPER and (79) O-Ring. In order to do that, I have to take out the (25) END CAP. Did all I can but still cannot unscrew the darn cap. The cap has four indentions on the top but it doesn't look like screw or anything. Is it due to pressure or something else? Do I need a special tool to take it off?

Yes it takes a special tool that goes into those holes. Then it screws out.

Do you have the name of the tools? Or know where is a good place to get it.

It's called a spanner wrench; your better auto parts stores will have this in stock. Be sure to get a good one and try to clean the outside of the cap. Some people have been able to jury rig a tool and get them off. I would spend a little money and get the tool.
