Im in need for some exhaust riser's for my 73 mercruiser 888(ford302). I have been looking on the internet for some and there are alot of different manufacture's out there, can someone help steer me in the right direction of good quality. Osco is what i have on there now and ive heard good things bout them lasting 8yrs or something like that, but i came aross a manifold's named HGE and was wondering if anyone has had any experiance with them.
I am a noob so please bear with me. Thanks

Re: Riser's, HGE manifold's?

I've put a set on my 305 chevy I/O a couple of years ago and have had really no problem, fit was O.K., and everything matched up nicely, however I heard at a later date that the HGE manifolds do not do really well in a closed cooling set-up, but that was one person's point of view, my set-up is a raw water cooled, and .... I'd buy them again
