According to a recent article I just read on nutrition, they said eating right doesn't have to be complicated. Nutritionists say there is a simple way to tell if you're eating right. Colors. Fill your plates with bright colors. Greens, reds, yellows.

In fact, I did that this morning. I had an entire bowl of M&M's. It was delicious! I never knew eating right could be so easy. I now have a whole new outlook on life.

I'll have a slice of Key Lime Pie, Cherry Pie, and Lemon Meringue Pie then.

Actually I've eaten M&M's in corn flakes. Pretty good. Also, corn flakes with black walnut ice cream rather than milk. Not much color, but sure is good.

I don't think that M&Ms will do the trick, but this idea of eating different colors every meal is extremely valid and not very new.
James A Joseph, who lives in Plymouth,MA and works for the US FDA, wrote a book in 2003 called the "Color Code" in which he describes the anti oxidant values of differently colored fruits and vegetables. The darker the color, the higher the anti oxidant value.Blue berries are his favorite most potent anti oxidant fruit.
Jim is a very conservative born again Christian who is also a very good scientist,so you cannot possibly push him aside as another whacko back to nature ex hippie.
We all know that greens seem to make the brain work better.
This book,"The Color Code",is not exclusively written by him and it is not just science. One of his co-authors added a huge amount of great recipes and they are good.
