What is a fair price to re-gel a 24' daycruiser? No damage... White... I don't wanna get gipped....

More than what you would want to pay, as it's a lot of work and what's the reason you want it re-gel coated?

The top portion is currently painted (10yr old job) and peeling in spots, The original color is sparkly brown underneath.... I've been told to just repaint the top again and have the bottom portion buffed out... They clearcoated the lower white portion when they painted, but most of that has peeled off. I'm gonna take some Jasco to the top and see if i can get it stripped to the gel-coat.

Most paint strippers will eat the gel coat too, so make sure you get one that's safe to apply over it.

I'm going with the Interlux perfection. I'll post pics as I go...
