help?? can't get 10 hp to even start

Hey all, I have a 1956 10 horse Johnson that we can't even get to start. rebuilt the carb.,cleaned all fuel lines, new fuel, plugs are new & gapped to.03. doesen't seem to be getting any fuel to plugs. We do get spark. Any ideas??

So, have you pulled the flywheel and taken a look? Having "spark" doesn't impress me. All 1956 Johnsons have cracked coils unless thay have already been replaced. You are wasting your time till you do.

laingsoutboards.com has all the electrical guts, and the impeller, change it before you burn it up.
