I seem to get all of my parts for engine repair/maintenance online. Sometimes tough waiting 2-3 days for parts whe I'm trying to trouble shoot something. Where do the rest of you get your parts?

Wow, your a long way from Parsippany. Not sure how long ago since you were here but 287 now goes up past Boonton all the way to NY thruway. Boonton is basically at intersection of 80 and 287 north of Parsippany Need to start looking locally for stuff. I'm sure there's places out there just havent looked for them yet.

Napa gets the parts I need next day. Sometimes same day if I call early enough in the morning. And I live even farther from civilzation than you --- Blairstown.

Mostly online. Both of my engines are really old. Funny that Napa is mentioned a lot at iBoats for parts, but none of them carry outboard parts around here.

Where ever I can. When all your motors are over 30 years old you get them where you can even used if you have to. Got 2 that are over 60 years old and I haven't even thought about where I'm going to get parts for them yet. Got a 1953 and a '55 Scott-Atwater 7.5 hp motors to play with some day. Both are locked up right now but they were given to me for free and those are the best kind...ANIMAL :D

I cheat. I get them through work for the discount. But I have ordered from iboats a couple of times. I've been disappointed by NAPA's high prices and frequent unavailability every time I've tried that route.
