Hello Everyone

I have a 1965 90HP Johnson Meteor II motor with electromatic shift which runs great but doesn't have a prop. I am having a hard time tracking down any of the specifications i need to replace it. Does anyone know what the correct pitch, diameter, etc. specifications are for my motor so i can start shopping for one? Thanks for the help!

Great. Should i just purchase the stock 10 1/4 x 10 prop then ? Since i don't have a prop on it currently I am not able to evaluate if that prop would give give me the best preformance when matched to my motor, hull, and preformance needs, etc.

Thanks again!

Re: Need prop specifications for my Johnson

On our 16ft Evinrude boat with a 1965 90hp the 10 x 11 gave us 4400, the 10 x 9 1/4 gave 4800 and the best all around performance. The 9 1/2 x 10 also gave 4800 but had poorer holeshot.
I'm not sure if Bombardier still offers props for this engine, I think michigan only offers the 10 x 11. Ebay might be the best bet. The same props were used on the V4 60hp, v4 65hp, v4 75hp, 80hp and 1968 85hp.
