Any takers?....I'm assuming Clymer from what I've read...and as a result, what I've bought. However before I peel back the plastic (no-return) wrapping I wanted to get some opinions if this was/is the preferred manual.
Again...any takers out there on this?
Many Thanks

The factory, model and year specific is best.

Then comes the Clymer. Which is pretty decent for Force motors.

Last on the list is the Seloc. Why? Because of the technical inaccuracies, the lack of model specific information, and the poor and limited photos and diagrams.

i have the Clymer manual and I find it very good.

Only bad points I could find were that it took me a while to get used to the structure. I found it a bit confusing, but its understandable given the number of models the book covers and the similarities between the different models.

Also, the index at the back is truly awful. They manage to compress 568 pages and about 15 different models into two pages of index...

I have the Seloc and find it difficult to read and glean the information I need. I understand the Clymer is good, but I can't find one for Chryslers.

There's one on the Clymer website, covers 3.5-140hp 1966-1984 if thats of any use...

Well I opened the packaging on my Clymer manual...for me its all...uhh, maybe I didn't say that right. I mean choice wise.
Had a chance to quickly peruse it...looks good so far. We'll see how it goes. I will be hitting up Frank and RR on some specifics...hopefully they are good with that.

Factory manual is by far the best but Clymer's would be my second choice.

if your serious about maintaining your force motor...buy a factory service manual and a clymers...they pay for themselves many times over.
