i have a 99' 225 optimax. i recently found an oil leak coming from the area around the oil pump. i understand there is a gasket there but it doesn't seem to be coming from that. looks like there is a gasket in the oil pump itself and that is where its leaking from. what are my options? is there a way i can take apart the oil pump and replace this gasket....even if i have to cut one myself? i just want to make sure it still works after i put it back together.
