I've got a motor from mil. surplus. Had a technition check it all out , says it ran fine , has 5 hours in the history. Shipped over to the island I'm on and installed on a Whaler. 2 new optima bats. spin it real fast but it won't start. Has spark but seems not to have the main relay clicking. Horn gives one single beep. I ,m not up on outboards at all, maybe its a wiring thing with the lanyard kill switch which I don't have. Can't hear the fuel pump running. Any ideas would be gr8ful.
