just bought and i've got no spark.fuel delivery is ok.ignition coils is what i think it is.i used my multimeter to check the prim and sec winding.prim was within the limits .9 but i couldn't get a solid reading for the sec winding, it was all over the place.any suggestions?
p.s. i'm new to boat mechanics but am an accomplished 'driveway' mechanic. i also have the omc manual for 1983 motors. when i checked the prim my multi was on the lowest set and on the highest(2000k) for the sec winding.
