115 etlj oil delivery

ok i drained everything and primed up the lines and did the 1500 rpm test for 3 min. Im getting about 2 cc's out of each line to each cylinder in 3 min of 1500 rpm. I adjusted the screw on the oil pump to open it up more and i think its working but it calles that you must get 2.6-4.1 cc of oil from where im measuring. Should i replace the oil pump??? Im half tempted to just unhook the whole thing and premix. Any help would be great!! thanks.

I dont trust the oil delivery to much can go wrong and if its having problems now it could happen on water. i would unhook and premix 50.1

What oil are you using and which oil pump do you have?

Im using the yamalube and i dont know what oil pump i have. Its precision blend i know that. Not sure if there is different oil pumps which one i have. If i premix all the time do i have to do anything to my carbs and will it affect the preformance any? I premixed most of the season and didnt have any problems.

you dont have to do a thing just use a good quality oil and make sure to mix right. I picked up a measurer at walmart just a bottle marked with gas to fuel ratio it cost 2.50. good luck you did a nice job of fixing boat.

How do i disable my system then so it is not giving me warning buzzers and limining me to 2000 rpm or anything. I thought my manual said that if the level got too low that it would limit the operation to 2000 rpm. Not sure how to short the wires out without afection anything else. Thanks a lot for the help really!!

try unhooking the oil line and plug then unhook the wires tape up good and you should be ok
