Sulu was Gay?

I was just reading about actor George Takei who played Sulu on the original Star Trek series. He just had an asteroid named after him. Apparently George has come out and disclosed he is gay.

What a surprise! The whole Star Trek staff sure did keep it quiet for all these years.

He's been a regular on the Stern show since Howard went to Sirius. He's hilarious! He's been very open and honest about his relationship and I admire him for it. I've also enjoyed him on Heroes.

Nope. I checked. I'm not embarressing myself. But thank you for your concern. And refrain from making false statements like that in the future.

Something to think about: When a gay man becomes a public gay advocate, speaks openly on radio and in gay publications, I don't think he is too conserned about keeping his homosexual status private.

Who cares? As long as he doesn't try to get frisky with me I don't realy care what he calls himself. Over half of Hollywood is gay and the other half don't know what they are....ANIMAL
