Re: posting photos

it's so easy. they have to be somewhere that isn't password protected. photobucket works for me. they even have it set-up so you just copy a line under the pic and paste it here.

the format needs to be:

the important parts are the
before and after the http... stuff

edit: it tried to post a pic when i typed the full format. i'll try again

Re: posting photos

Why is that some pictures are 'Bigger 'n life', and yet, others are shown up as a thumbnail that you have to click on in order to view?

I can post pictures the thumbnail way, but I'd like it to show up in the post at full-size.

Re: posting photos

640 x 480 pixels is the best size for normal viewing of a photo.

If you have a Kodak Easy Share camera and your photos are based on the camera's resolution like 2 megapixal (or more) the pictures will appear too large to view normally.

Clanton,

Use photobucket or even better (just my opinion) Picasa to upload your photos. Picasa is a great free program for organizing your photos in your computer and you can resize them to go on the internet.

When you are answering a post in iboats below the box where you type is a selection Attach Files
Valid file extensions: bmp doc gif jpe jpeg jpg pdf png psd txt
Manage Attachments
and you can also load directly from your computer there too. I just prefer photobucket for my online iboats work.
