I acquired this with no boating knowledge.... but mechanically inclined. The engines haven't started in seven years, I need all the help I can get. I pulled all the plugs and poured Marvel Mystery oil in them and cleaned everything. What's the chances the engines will turn???? What else should I do to prevent more damage.

I would pour some mmo in the valve cover and in the carb and wait a few days before you crank.I would crank with the plugs out.Charlie

Depends if they were fogged, gas drained, etc. and storage atmosphere. High humidity could mean trouble.

Simplest thing now is put a socket wrench on the crank nut and turn.

Oh my........Twin 470's......
Since you have the plugs out & the MMO in, I would see if they will spin like wire2 says.....
If they will ground the coil & spin 'em with the starter a bit to get some oil up to the bearings.....
One thing for sure is the gas in the tank is not good, I would get a gallon can filled with new gas & plumb it in temporarily while you try to reanimate the engines.....
Change the water separating fuel filters, ISE......:)

OK.... Today I installed a battery and was also able to spin the pulley manually, but not with ease at first and it got easier the more I did it, the MMO shot-up out of the pistons. After that I tried to turn the engine with the key and I just got a click, i see the selenoid on the starter is working but not turning the engine. Any advise...... I tapped on the starter to loosen it also.

The click could be just the aux solenoid, not the starter one. You can jumper the starter with a big screwdriver between the 2 large studs. If that turns the engine, you have a start circuit fault.
