mercury horsepower and year

I am looking to buy a mercury outboard but the seller is unsure of the year and horsepower. it is a model 1015201ad and the serial number is 0t689525 thanks

It is a 2003 2cyl Merc

I do not have documents that can distinguish its horsepower, other than to say it is definitely one of the following:

6, 8, 9.9, or 15hp

Someone who can log into the merc database can tell you for certain.
